Assist loss adjusters in loss events, establish relevant facts, evaluate causation and damage (including reinstatement/ rehabilitation), advise policy coverage issues
- Prepare client reports in an accurate and timely manner
- Update the claims management system (as required)
- Respond to queries from clients, intermediaries, insured policyholders, and third parties with a sense of urgency
- Effectively manage external experts, third party providers, contractors, etc.
- Assess client needs and promote the company’s brands and services

Experience/Knowledge Required:

- Preferably 2 years loss adjusting working experience however fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
- Excellent organisational skills, prioritization, and management skills - to be able to handle a variety of workload
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be analytical and a problem solver - to evaluate information, identify problems, and create solutions efficiently
- A team player with the ability to work independently from time to time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
