To support the IT Network Services department in resolving company and customer day to day network support issues, through call tracking, communication and escalation where appropriate.
- Responsible for the operation and administration of the company’s internal networks, (LAN & WAN) and network security systems.
- Takes ownership of network or related issues (as part of a team) and works with 3rd Parties, Network Manager and where appropriate to determine a strategic approach to resolution.
- Response to the network issues promptly and consistently delivers quality network services to customer including incident status update.
- Making significant contributions to the overall success of the IT Network Services Operation.
- Perform preventive maintenance and carry out project works related to IT Network Services.
