**Job Summary**:
The Account Intern will assist in managing daily AR activities, including invoice processing, payment tracking, and account reconciliation. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in accounting and financial operations.
- Assist in issuing invoices to customers and ensuring accuracy of billing information.
- Monitor incoming payments and update records in the accounting system.
- Support in reconciling accounts receivable balances.
- Follow up with BD team on outstanding payments when necessary..
- Assist in preparing AR-related reports and documentation.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation for audit purposes.
- Support the Finance team in any ad-hoc tasks related to AR and accounting.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Good attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,200.00 per month
