**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and educators to design intuitive user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile platforms.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform and improve design decisions.
- Translate complex educational workflows and content into clear, user-centered designs.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Ensure consistent branding and design language across all digital products.
- Iterate on feedback from users and internal stakeholders to enhance usability.
- Stay updated on UI/UX trends, best practices, and technologies relevant to EdTech.

**Requirements**:

- 4-5 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Experience conducting user research, persona development, and usability testing.
- Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and interaction design principles.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate across time zones.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to convey ideas effectively.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX projects, especially within the education domain.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience designing for online learning platforms.
- Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Understanding of LMS (Learning Management Systems) or learning experience platforms (LXP) is advantageous.
