**Job Scope**:
- Perform any admin job responsibility as assigned from time to time
- Maintain and update documents
- To positively contribute and promote high teamwork in the department
- Data Entry, prepare invoice, DO, Jobsheet, Count Eventory
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Update daily activities report
- Proper file and maintain all office paperwork
- Any other duties assigned by superior
**Job Requirement & Qualification**:
- Good communication skills and proper manner
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field for this position
- Knowledge In SQL software system
- Excellent in Microsoft office especially excel and power point
- Possess at least Diploma or other equivalent qualifications.
- Committed and responsible person
- Good communication skills and proper manner
- Prefer Female only
- Malaysia Only (25-40 years old)

- Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Alternate working Saturday per month: 8.30am - 1.00pm(Schedule Yearly provided)
- If HQ working on Saturday: Kuching Branch: 8.30am - 1.00pm(Schedule Yearly provided)
