Support in travel arrangements for Beauty Consultants for scheduled training and Retail team members as and when required.
- Create and monitoring Purchase Orders based on department operational needs.
- Coordinate in the distribution of point-of-sales name cards and other required stationaries on a
- quarterly basis.
- Coordinate and manage the new product sell-in for all point-of-sales and other retailers or

platforms.
- Organize in collaboration with Finance scheduled stock-take and ad-hoc audits when necessary and ensuring accurate data is captured and reported in a timely manner with Finance.
- Responsible for preparation of timely and accurate monthly and or quarterly retail/ sales reporting to the relevant department and function.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and Retailers in collating and consolidating information for reporting

purposed.
- Support any other ad-hoc reporting as and when needed.
- Perform any other administration task as and when required.

**Job Requirements**
- University graduate or above in related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years’ of experience in sales analysis and administration (preferred)
- High proficiency in Ms. Office specifically in Excel and Powerpoint.
- Fluent in English both strong in verbal and written communication
- Able to work independently in a fast and result-driven environment.
- Detail-orientated with high level of accuracy.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to start work immediately or with short notice would be an advantage.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
