- Diversity and Inclusion: Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives that reflect the perspectives and values of a younger and more diverse workforce.
- Benefits and Well-being: Develop creative benefit packages and well-being programs that resonate with the needs of younger employees, focusing on flexibility, work-life balance, and mental health.
- HR Tech Savvy: Leverage technology and digital tools to streamline HR processes and communication, ensuring they align with the tech-savvy nature of our workforce.

**; Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in start-up or dynamic environments.
- Strong understanding of the preferences, attitudes, and motivations of the younger generation.
- Creative thinker with the ability to design non-traditional HR solutions and initiatives.
- Familiarity with digital tools and HR technology.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with and influence younger employees.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile start-up setting.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and culture-building.
- Understanding of diversity and inclusion principles.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Passion for staying updated on industry trends and emerging practices.
