**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Lead the formulation, communication, and execution of corporate and business strategies.
- Conduct SWOT analysis to assess the company’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
- Work with cross-functional teams to set short
- and long-term business objectives.
- Perform thorough market research to understand trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends and market conditions to inform strategic decision-making.
- Evaluate potential market opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions, or joint ventures.
- Collaborate with the finance department to develop budgets and financial forecasts aligned with strategic goals.
- Assess the financial viability of strategic projects and initiatives.
- Communicate strategy updates and progress to internal stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and teams.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure alignment between strategy and operations.
- Facilitate strategic discussions and brainstorming sessions to develop innovative solutions.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, or related fields. A Master’s degree (MBA) or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in corporate strategy, business development, or management consulting roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, financial modeling, and performance analysis.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, managing projects, and leading initiatives.
- Strong understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and business growth strategies.
