**Responsibilities**:

- Manage inventory levels, monitor stock levels, and reorder materials as needed.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and negotiate favorable terms.
- Oversee logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory control.
- Optimize supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and minimize costs.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and technicians.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with specifications and client requirements.
- Assist in troubleshooting production issues and implementing corrective actions.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in production assistance and logistics management within the signage manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and safety regulations.

Normal working hours (8:30am - 5:30pm, Mon - Sat).

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
