**Job summary**:
Reporting to the Production Manager, the Assistant Production Manager role involves being responsible for directing the manufacturing operations performed in group of production lines, ensuring they reach volume, quality and cost goals.
- Responsible to ensure smooth flow of production works by liaising with maintenance department on condition of machinery equipment.
- Ensure delivery date for export and local by liaising with other department.
- Enforce safety rules & regulations to create and maintain safe working environment and cleanliness.
- Responsible for manpower planning with effective training and leadership to achieve optimum production output.
- Plan and lead a production team to achieve production output with quality standards, avoid wastage.
- Stock counting every month.
- Responsible for workers issues, material re-stock and monitoring of the daily output.

**If YOU are interested, you need to have**:
i) Minimum 5 years experience in similar position.
ii) Possess Strong Leadership, Interpersonal skills, Detailed oriented/high awareness level.
iii) Knowledge of 5S and computer knowledge is preferable.
iv) Willing to work in Production area as need to oversee all sections matters.
v) Willing to work from MONDAY - SATURDAY (8:00AM - 5:00PM)

**vi) Required language**: MELAYU, ENGLISH & MANDARIN.
