**Job Overview**

Oversee the planning and organization of a production process and ensure availability of necessary material, equipment, and labor resources required. Ambuzz responsible person for overall operations.

**Production**
- Overall responsibility of production activities in meeting quality, productivity, and production targets.
- Communicating regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production
- Establishing a balance between increased productivity and reduced costs of manufacturing operations
- Developing workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality
- Preparing and submit daily production report including down time, planned and actual production and reason for deviations
- Responsible to ensure that all in process parameter have been effectively monitored, in coordination with Quality control.
- Report all related issues to management

**Inventory Management**
- Plans and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance with minimum cost and risk.
- Responsible for reviewing and resolving supply status to minimize out of stocks and maintain optimal stock level.
- Creates, oversees and improves processes to increase operational efficiency.
- Forecast product planning including purchase orders from suppliers.
- General ad-hoc task (whenever deemed necessary)

**Handling E-Commerce Orders**
- Stocks management and operational orders processing process.
- Liaise with third-party logistic partners to schedule pick up appointments and ensure items are ready for collection.
- Liaise with suppliers regarding missing/damaged items for returns and warranty claims purposes.
- Manage stock levels and process documentation using stock-control systems.
- Order packaging material, stationary and all e-commerce related items from suppliers.
- Extract and report e-commerce sales data from each platform to HQ level.
- Responsible for troubleshooting any issues related to delivery/supply chain.
- General ad-hoc task (whenever deemed necessary)

**Handling Import/Export of Goods.**
- Making arrangements for import and export of goods and overseeing the delivery of goods.
- Taking responsibility for dealing with all third parties involved in the operation
- Act as a communication window between logistics service provider and supplier and any related departments.
- Prepare needed documents for custom clearance.
- Shares regular and ad hoc reporting to management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

COVID-19 considerations:
The management is responsible to ensure that all preventive measures as deemed necessary under the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases Act 1988(Act 342) and its regulations are adhered to.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kajang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Inventory control: 1 year (required)
- Production Planning: 1 year (required)
- Operation Management: 3 years (required)
- Product Development: 1 year (required)
