Assist the Production Manager in developing production schedules and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with departments such as procurement, quality control, logistics, and maintenance.
- Supervise production staff and provide guidance, training, and feedback.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Help manage inventory and order raw materials or supplies as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of production metrics, labor, and output.
- Assist in quality control inspections and help address any product defects or issues.
- Support in budgeting and cost management initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between upper management and production teams.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with production software (e.g., ERP systems, Microsoft Office).
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of safety standards and quality assurance principles.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
