Production Manager

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Ensure smooth running of daily production activities.
- Ensure implement, monitor & control production schedules to meet efficiency and productivity.
- Manage manpower utilization and material usage to meet production targets.
- Coordinate matters relating to equipment for maintenance, modification and improvement activities.
- Establish, implement, monitor, review and maintain all standard operating procedures for production operations.
- Ensure implementation of and adherence to health and safety procedures.
- Address issues relating to quality.
- Determine and implement improvements for production processes.
- Prepare and maintain production reports.
- Monitor and review performance of production department and its team.
- Prepare production budgets and implement cost control programs.
- To perform any other tasks as and when required.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 5 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
- Equipped with experience and ability to supervise plant and workforce.
- Possess knowledge and experience in production and manufacturing processes and techniques / quality systems and standards / health and safety standards and compliance / process improvement techniques.
- Working experience in heavy industry is an added advantage.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
