**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building**:

- Coordinate and participate in interviews alongside hiring managers.
- Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.
- Develop and post job advertisements and job descriptions that reflect both role requirements and company culture.

**4. Offer & Onboarding Management**:

- Facilitate the offer process, including extending offers, negotiating employment terms, and handling pre-employment checks (including references).
- Support new hire onboarding to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.

**5.** **Compliance & Best Practices**:

- Ensure all recruitment and selection activities comply with employment laws and internal policies.
- Stay updated with industry trends, recruitment innovations, and best practices to continuously improve processes.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in recruitment/talent acquisition (in-house or agency).
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Confident in making independent decisions and managing end-to-end processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good understanding of labor laws and employment regulations.

*Working Location: Menara Zurich, JB town
*Working Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Mon to Fri

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
