Job Description:

  • Source and engage potential candidates through social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
  • Develop and execute targeted social media recruitment campaigns to attract top talent for diverse roles.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Build and maintain an active online presence to enhance the company's employer brand.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews.
  • Track and report on social media recruiting metrics to measure effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media and recruitment trends to optimize sourcing strategies.
  • Foster a positive candidate experience from the initial contact through the onboarding process.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Recruiter or a similar role in talent acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and recruitment strategies.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Creative approach to sourcing and attracting candidates.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with employer branding initiatives and digital marketing.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and recruitment data.
