Job Description:

  1. To plan an organize recruitment events and activities (eg Education Seminars & Talks, Road Shows, Education Fairs etc).
  2. Generating recruitment leads using social media platform in the region of whole Malaysia.
  3. Responsible for initial screening of candidates, to conduct interviews, and identified candidates to support enrollment into the company's programmes.
  4. To work closely with Employment agency for placement of candidate.
  5. Collating all necessary documents required for relevant departments.
  6. To perform counselling to candidate who encounter problem whenever they need help.
  7. Prepare monthly recruitment report to present performance vs target.
  8. Any other ad-hoc tasks that assigned by the Company & direct manager from time to time
