Technical Assistant

1. min 1-2 years experience in a town planning firm 2. preferably min Diploma in Town Planning 3. Keen interest in technical skills in Town Planning for KM Submission and Layout Plan 4. Excellent at AutoCad (must), Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, SketchUp, 5. Develop and prepare designs and drawings from preliminary concepts, sketches and specifications 6. Produce drawings and plans for Kebenaran Merancang purposes 7. Authority liaison 8. Good coordination with town planners, architects, engineers etc 9. Able to perform other duties required (within the scope of technical assistant) and multi-task 10. Additional language is optional 11. Able to work overtime and weekends and travel outstation (when required)
