**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a technically skilled and proactive individual to support our IT Project Coordinator in executing and delivering successful IT projects. The IT Project Technical Assistant will be primarily responsible for providing hands-on technical support, including software and hardware setup, configuration, and troubleshooting at client sites. This role involves frequent travel and requires a good foundation in IT systems, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the IT Project Coordinator and developer team by standing by during software/device/kiosk testing, fixing, or updating — both at client locations and internally as needed.
- Install, configure, and test software and devices in accordance with project requirements.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues, escalating to the technical team when necessary.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support during system deployment or issue resolution.
- Ensure all technical documentation and checklists are completed during installations or service visits.
- Liaise with the internal technical team to ensure timely support and updates.
- Help in preparing user guides, support documentation, and training materials for clients.
- Maintain equipment inventory and track deployment or replacement needs.
- Stay updated on company software and hardware solutions to provide effective support.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of networking, operating systems, and software installation/configuration.
- Good troubleshooting skills and a hands-on approach to resolving issues.
- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly interact with clients and internal teams.**:

- Must be able to communicate fluently in **English and Tamil**.
- Must have own transport.
- Ability to travel frequently and provide on-site support as needed.
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of system testing tools or methods is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with basic IT support tools (remote desktop, system logs, etc.).
- Experience with kiosk or embedded systems is a plus
