We want you to be the best that you can be and encourage you to take ownership for your career. **Job Description**: As Quality Technician you will be responsible to performs quality checks on all key business processes from supplier to customer, from incoming raw and packed materials to finished products, to ensure goods produced comply with the standards set by the Quality Organization. The primary responsibility of the Quality Analyst is responsible to perform quality checks on received goods and produced goods to enable the delivery of products that meet the required specifications. **You will play an important role, such as**: - Contributes to maintaining, deploying and upgrading the Quality Management System (QMS) to manage product Quality in accordance with company quality guidelines - Contributes to Food Safety of all products by implementing the relevant company Quality and legal requirements (e.g. Hazard Analytic Critical Control Points (HACCP), Hygiene and Sanitation, Local Food Regulatory requirements, Quality Management Systems - QMS, Traceability requirements) - Contributes to plant vendor Quality management process including notification of Quality defects and tracking of associated costs (materials and resource). Lead and contribute to plant vendor Quality review meetings at plant and vendor sites to drive improvement according to central Supply Chain Quality requirements, following escalation process with Procurement - Perform all relevant Quality tests (chemical, physical, microbiological, sensory) of established and new raw materials, packaging materials, processes, semi-finished and finished products in accordance with Quality Guidelines, ISO Standards, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points - HACCP system, relevant legal requirements and internal documents (e.g. recipes, specifications) - Contributes to solving customer complaints on Quality by analyzing the root cause. - Contributes to a continuous verification of the compliance and effectiveness of systems (internal audit and review of process capability) - Deploys measurement systems and processes to improve performance (including calibration, Measurement System Analysis - MSA and participation in global internal benchmarking and Statistical Process Control - SPC) **Qualifications**: **To succeed in this role, we will need you to have**: - University Degree (Bachelors) or higher in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry or equivalent; - Experience in sensory will be an added advantage; - Knowledge of quality and food safety standards and practices (ISO/ FSSC 22000, IFS, HACCP, GMP); - Good communication and networking skills; - Able to present professionally and facilitate training sessions; - Detail-oriented & strong follow-through; - Team player with strong analytical & problem-solving skills; - Bi-lingual ability in oral and writing will be an added advantage; - Fresh graduates are encourage to apply; Additional Information **Other benefits you might be interested**: - Medical, Parking - Handphone, Transportation, Attendance allowance - Outstanding Career Development Opportunities - The best coffee and tea served all day in our office - Can you imagine that?
