**Job Description** MU 3IN1**

**Laboratory & Incoming**
- Supervise and ensure the quality of finished product is maintained.***

**Laboratory & Incoming**
- Supervise, monitor and assure quality of incoming raw materials, in-process product & end product in accordance to product specifications & customer requirements.
- Assist to co-ordinate new product developments with R&D in terms of formulation of products.
- Documentations, involved verifying Quality Control Record.
- Supervise and ensure in issues related to safety and quality.
- Assist to co-ordinate & oversee quality checking activities inclusive of food safety.
- To assist Quality inspectors, Checkers to carry out quality inspection.
- Housekeeping of the lab.
- To perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by Management.

**Quality Check & Outgoing**
- Inspect and record timely of all results in quality records.
- Responsible for line inspection to ensure production operation and process are in accordance with the required standard.
- Highlights non-conformance of production operation, semi process and finish products promptly to related personnel for immediate corrective actions.
- To control process deviation and eliminate the cause of quality products thus reducing unnecessary wastage.
- To carry out hygiene inspection and highlight any inadequacies.
- Carry out lab testing from incoming of raw material to finish products.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma / Degree in Food and Science/Food Technologies and/or equivalent.
- At least 2 years working experience
- Preferably in food industries or related field
- To conduct product formulation review and sensory test.
- To involve in new product development in areas of formulation, product trails, quality and manufacturing processes.
