The relationship with our client started in 2009 and has been growing globally within the IFM sector, extensively covering EMEA and APAC, while recently expanding into Construction projects The account has a portfolio more than 17.5 M sq/ft, across 20 countries with larger sites located in China, Malaysia, India, Vietnam, Ireland and Israel. with 850 staff on JLL’s payroll and 2,100 dedicated vendor staff. The client is expanding rapidly across the regions, so in the next 1.5 years, another 2.5m sqm will be added to the portfolio. For our client across the super region, we execute the majority of FM and small construction project services, both technical and non-technical on behalf of our client.

The Maximo program manager (MPM) will be a key factor in developing the system and the asset data base to interface directly with JLL serve.
The MPM is a new role for the account and is a great opportunity for a dynamic self-starter, the role will be pivotal in driving the account success, the role will operate within APAC, but there will be a peer link with EMEA to ensure continuity.
The opportunity is to develop our current Maximo team and develop the support hub to meet and exceed best practice and this should be considered just the initial starting point for success.
The MPM must be able to work independently, communicate in a clear and concise manner and drive change with and through people, at different organizational levels and functional roles, across the region, while capable of navigating effectively, Intel's internal change control process (CCB) to accelerate the proliferation of initiatives that meet the aligned success criteria.
The MPM will lead and support the local teams remotely and support and develop the hub team to deliver consistent reduction & savings and meet the quarterly targets, focusing on technology improvements with the operations teams and Small Construction Works

Link Corrigo data stream into Maximo to allow seamless transfer of data.

Purge the existing database of errors and drive consistency, remove redundant assets, and develop or update SOP for adding and removing assets.

Work with client team to develop greater Maximo functionality and predictive insights. Develop reporting to generate full analysis of systems, asset age, failure rates.

Develop asset tagging that links directly to JLL serve & Maximo. Help role out mobile hand technology and real time data management.

Develop consistency in asset information for routine and active works and the ability to trend failures or replacement reporting.

**Here is what we’re looking for**:
An in-depth experience in the IFM industry, familiar with Maximo system set up and layout.
Must be able to clearly define and align success criteria, measurable metrics, control variables and proof of concept / pilot plan and support viable proposed initiatives.
If you want to go fast, go alone, the spirit of teamwork and collaboration is crucial in this role, when trying to achieve internal goals. This especially comes in handy when dealing with our stakeholders that may have a different view of your strategy.

The role deals with an array of premises types, offices, labs and factories, the energy manager, you must be able to demonstrate a detailed knowledge of the installed systems and services and processes, to be able to identify where energy opportunity is sitting, and acceptable ROI established.
