The Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.

As an Advisor, you are fanatical about (committed to) customer interactions via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the internet. Your strong desire to help customers allows you to address customer service issues and non-routine problems regarding the client's products or services.

We are growing our team of Customer Service Representatives.

What will you do in this role?

As an Advisor on our Team, you will:

- Be tenacious in tracking, documenting and retrieving information in call tracking database.
- Invest in our customers success by offering additional products and/or services.
- Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (‘KPIs’).
- Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding; use decision-support tools and resources to resolve customer issues that are non-standard/unstructured and require some clarification or conceptual thinking.
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer.
- Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed-upon procedures.
- Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services.
- Prepare complete and accurate work including appropriately notating of accounts as required.
- Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.

Who You Are:
As an Advisor your empathy, integrity, knowledge, and unique compassionate style will bring value with every interaction. You also have:

- A Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years customer service experience preferred.
- MUST be a native KOREAN speaker.
- Live in Any location as long as they are willing to relocate to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
- Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced, high production work environment.
- Talent for delivering outstanding service.
- Adept communication skills in English and KOREAN, in both written and verbal form.
- The natural instinct to multitask, be flexible, and are able to adapt to changes.
- The knack for being detail-oriented.
- The passion for being a team player.
- Patience in working with customers is second nature for you.
- The ability to do rotational shifts as needed.
