**Location: Skill Quotient Technologies HQ | KL Sentral**

**Salary range: RM5,000 - 10,000**

**Job type/mode : On-site | 1 year contract renewable**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and grow existing client accounts in the Malaysian market.
- Build a rapport with clients, attending to any issues raised, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling & cross selling additional services or products.
- Ensure timely delivery of services and resolve any customer issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client expectations.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in account management, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and present solutions effectively.
- Results-oriented and able to work independently.
- Determine, focus and resilience.
