Twenty Six Asia Sdn Bhd is a growing importer & distributor of Thai confectionery and snack brands in Malaysia. Our key customers are hypermarkets, modern trade & CVS. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a dynamic and multi-tasking
Senior Account Executive
to manage and grow our key retail accounts.
Your Role
You'll take charge of driving sales growth and managing major retail and distribution accounts. This role is hands-on, commercial, and cross-functional — ideal for someone who enjoys both relationship-building and execution on the ground.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow key customer accounts (hypermarkets, modern trade, premium grocers).
- Develop account plans, ensure timely orders, and monitor sell-in/sell-out performance.
- Negotiate promotions, listings, and display programs with buyers.
- Coordinate closely with marketing, logistics, and operations teams for execution.
- Drive new SKU listings and expand product distribution.
- Track sales data, stock levels, and promotion ROI to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Support trade marketing activities, in-store activations, and product launches.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience
in FMCG / food distribution / key account or sales role. - Familiar with modern trade and retail operations in Malaysia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proactive, independent, and able to multitask in a fast-moving environment.
- Willing to travel for store visits or account meetings.
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
