Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Key Account Manager with a proven track record in the IT System Integration space. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This dual role requires a balance of strategic business development and hands-on account management expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (technical, support, finance, etc.) to deliver seamless service to clients.
  • Address client issues and complaints promptly, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and performance reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT System Integration sales and account management.
  • Strong understanding of system integration solutions (servers, storage, networking, cloud, security, etc.).
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and growing key accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:

  • Existing network of clients in enterprise or mid-market segments.
  • Experience working with OEMs and channel partners.
  • Technical background or understanding of IT infrastructure solutions.

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4, RM7,000.00 per month
