**Job Summary**
The Warehouse Executive will be responsible for ensuring accuracy of inventory and maintaining a safe working environment. In this role, you will collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and efficient stock rotation. Able to supervise the operation of warehouse and the inventory management, provide warehouse management support to make sure smooth operating flow within warehouse, restaurants, purchasing department and other departments. Able to work well with a team and strong leadership skills are essential.

**Job Responsibility**
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of warehouse inventory. Ensuring good receive is as per supplier invoice, warehouse storage condition and distribution of warehouse inventory to stores are tally as per out stock document.
- Implement inventory management systems, processes, and procedures to ensure accuracy.
- Develop and maintain a safe and secure work environment for warehouse staff.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, stock accuracy and stock rotation such as FIFO/FEFO.
- Manage and coordinate warehouse staff for operation matter, including recruitment, receive sufficient training and scheduling or work rotation.
- Ensure that all warehouse operations are performed in compliance with company policies and procedures e.g., Halal and Food Safety requirements.
- Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics e.g., stock accuracy for delivery to store, coldroom temperature.
- Execute strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage and coordinate warehouse equipment maintenance and repair.
- Maintain records and documentation concerning inventory, orders, and shipments.
- Lead in all warehouse audits, inspection, and month end/year end counting.

**Requirements**:

- STPM/SPM
- Diploma/Degree in related field
- At least above 5 years of operational experience in warehouse management
- Good in leaderships, time management and communication skills
- Good in problem solving
- Physically fit
- Willing to work long hours when necessary
- Ability to cope with a fast-paced working environment
- Able to work on weekends or Public Holiday, when required

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
