The PMO Manager will lead the Project Management Office, providing strategic oversight and governance for the organization's portfolio of projects and programs. This role is responsible for developing project standards, ensuring consistent delivery, managing risks, optimizing resource allocation, and enhancing visibility of performance across initiatives. This role will front the onboarding of APAC resources & projects into Project Portfolio Management (PPM), participate in analyzing APAC IT portfolios and project status, review resource utilization, improving quality, and help to reduce project-related risk. This role will report into Head of IT Operations and Vendor Management and would support RDC Team in running projects and the governance with the PMO office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Establish and maintain project management standards, methodologies, templates, and best practices.
- Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Monitor and report on project portfolio performance, timelines, risks, budgets, and resource utilization.
- Serve as a key point of contact for senior leadership, providing insights on portfolio health and strategic alignment.
- Support and guide project managers across departments, enabling successful delivery of programs.
- Facilitate project prioritization processes in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
- Develop and manage the PMO roadmap, focusing on continuous improvement and maturity.
- Drive governance and compliance with internal processes and external regulatory requirements.
- Support change management and communication strategies tied to key initiatives.
- Evaluate tools and systems to enhance project tracking and reporting.

**Key requirements / skills / experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in project/program management, with at least 2 years in a PMO leadership role.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred.
- Experience managing complex portfolios in cross-functional, global environments.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Power BI).
- Has a strong exposure to the functioning of the program management office, standardization of processes, tools, and associated governance.
- Experienced in managing multi-cultural and geographical dispersed teams through both direct and influence management
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Melayu

**Additional Details**:

- **Salary Range**: Up to RM11,000.00
- **Working Hour**: Monday to Friday, 8.30AM to 5.30PM
- **Location**: Kuala Lumpur
- Job Type: Contract of 12-Months (with chances of extension)
- Able to work in Indonesia Work hours
- Observe Indonesia Public Holidays

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM6,332.66 - RM31,997.40 per month
