**ABOUT THE COMPANY**

I Sihat group is a fast-growing Malaysian healthcare group with a strong presence in dental, medical, and Medispa services. With over 10 dental branches nationwide, we are passionate about helping people smile with confidence through professional care, modern technology, and an exceptional patient experience.

We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital advertising and lead generation efforts — driving new patient acquisition for our clinics.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, Tik Tok and other online platforms.
- Strategize and manage lead generation funnels — from awareness ads to appointment conversions.
- Optimize campaign performance to achieve targeted CPL (Cost per Lead) and ROI goals.
- Collaborate with clinic teams to ensure high-quality lead follow-up and conversion.
- Create, test, and refine landing pages, ad creatives, and copy for key dental services (e.g. Invisalign, implants, whitening, braces).
- Track and report performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and CRM systems.
- Conduct A/B testing and audience segmentation to continuously improve results.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and compliance requirements in the dental and healthcare industry.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or any STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in digital or performance marketing (preferably in the healthcare, dental, or aesthetic industry).
- Proven success managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns with strong performance metrics.
- Excellent knowledge of tracking tools, pixels, analytics dashboards, and UTM tagging.
- Strong analytical, creative, and communication skills.
- Familiar with SEO, landing page optimization, and CRM integration is an added advantage.
