Job Description
We are looking to hire an experienced sales and marketing executive to help drive company sales. In this position, you will be involved in developing marketing strategies, implementing marketing plans, etc. To ensure success as a marketing executive, you should have strong knowledge of modern marketing techniques, a passion for sales, and excellent communication skills. Ultimately, a top-notch sales and marketing executive creates strategies that align with modern consumer trends.
Marketing Executive Responsibilities:
1) Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
2) Conducting market research on rival products.
3) Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products.
4) Creating and presenting sales performance reports.
5) To assist the team in executing marketing programs, launches, activities (roadshow) & PR events.
6) To control, monitor and ensure accuracy of marketing budget.
7) To conduct market research and monitor competition activity.
8) Arranging the effective distribution of marketing material
9) Implement marketing strategies in compliance with corporate standards
Deploy successful marketing campaigns and events for Branding and own their implementation from idealization to execution
10) Assist in growing company sales via various digital channel such as Facebook, Lazada, Shopee etc
11) Conduct market research to establish customer trends and initial lead generation marketing actions
12) Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels - content creation, content curation, event management, publicity, offline lead generation campaigns, copy writing, performance analysis, and much more
13) Measure and analyze marketing actions to report results and propose improvements based on analysis on Return of Marketing Investment (ROMI)
15) Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, media and vendors
16) Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
