Internship (IT Service Desk)

**Specification**
We are currently looking for young and dynamic students to join our internship program. The student filling this position will handle a wide range of important duties. We will create a remarkable learning and professional experience for interns so that they will have a real exposure of working environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Record and manage all service requests and incidents in the service management system.
- Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams as necessary.
- Monitor and follow up on open tickets to ensure timely resolution.
**Requirements**:
- Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
- Willing to learn and ability to multi-task
- Ability to effectively collaborate and work in a team-based environment
- Great interpersonal skills and social competency
- Must posses an eagerness to learn
**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: Up to RM800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
