**MARKETING MANAGER**

**Location**:Klinik Perubatan Wildan 24 Jam (Batu Rakit, Terengganu)

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Strategic Marketing Planning**
- Develop the annual marketing plan aligned with the clinic’s business objectives.
- Define digital and traditional marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and positioning.

**2. Campaign Execution and Management**
- Monitor the performance of each campaign and make necessary adjustments to ensure effectiveness.

**3. Market Research**
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitors to identify opportunities and risks.
- Prepare market research reports to support strategic decision-making.

**4. Social Media and Digital Content Management**
- Oversee and manage content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Ensure all content is consistent, engaging, and relevant to the target audience.

**5. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**
- Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
- Manage customer feedback and implement follow-up actions accordingly.

**6. External Collaboration and Partnerships**
- Liaise with advertising agencies, graphic designers, and external vendors for marketing campaigns.
- Establish promotional collaborations with local institutions such as schools, mosques, communities, or nearby businesses.

**7. Physical Promotion & Community Outreach**
- Plan and coordinate outdoor promotional activities including leaflet distribution, booth participation, and community engagement.
- Prepare and manage promotional materials such as buntings, banners, brochures, and merchandise.
- Ensure the clinic’s brand and services are well-recognized and prominent within the local community.

**8. Monitoring & Reporting**
- Analyze marketing campaign outcomes using analytics tools.
- Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations for management.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:
**Education & Experience**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s Degree is an added advantage).
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in marketing, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Proven experience managing marketing campaigns and leading marketing teams.

**Skills & Competencies**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Malay.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Skilled in using platforms such as Facebook Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
- High interpersonal communication skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Proactive, well-organized, and able to work under pressure with excellent time management.
- Creative and strategic problem-solving mindset.
- Capable of managing marketing budgets effectively.
- Highly motivated, independent, and professional.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
