**Scope of Work: Marketing and Sales Manager**

**1. Marketing Strategy**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy.
- Oversee digital marketing to ensure effective online presence.
- Ensure consistency and integrity of the brand across all communication channels.

**2. Campaign Management & Analysis**:

- Plan, execute, and analyze the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
- Analyze data and prepare performance reports for improvements.

**3. Content & Social Media Management**:

- Develop creative and relevant content strategies.
- Produce and distribute quality content to different audience segments.
- Stay updated on current marketing trends and technologies.

**4. Customer Relations & Sales Support**:

- Provide excellent customer service.
- Support lead generation processes and deliver effective sales pitches.

**5. Budget & Performance Management**:

- Manage the marketing budget efficiently and prudently.
- Use data to evaluate and adjust strategies to improve marketing performance.

**6. Event Management & Partnerships**:

- Plan and manage promotional events such as seminars, exhibitions, and webinars.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships to enhance market reach.

**7. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Communication**:

- Recruit, train, and manage the marketing team to achieve organizational goals.
- Collaborate closely with management and other departments to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

**Criteria and Qualifications**

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s Degree is an advantage).
- Expertise in managing marketing campaigns and teams.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Proficiency in both Malay and English communication.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
- Mastery of marketing tools such as Facebook Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills for collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Strong leadership with the ability to motivate a team to achieve targets.
- Proactive, organized, and able to work under pressure with good time management.
- Creativity and analytical thinking for data-driven problem-solving.
- Marketing budget management skills to maximize results within financial constraints.
- Highly motivated with a professional and self-driven attitude.

**Salary**: Starting from RM 2,500.00 - RM 3,500

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
