Key Role Objectives:
- To ensure MARA Liner complies with the internal policies and external regulatory.
- To develop, implement and managing the compliance program, conducting audits, providing guidance to ensure the adherence to the policies and regulations.

Principle Accountability:

- Monitor, interpret and document the relevant transportation service industry related regulatory requirements.
- To design, implement the internal compliance audit/inspection procedure followed by documenting the reports.
- To facilitate and execute quality inspection of MLSB’s bus service operations and facilities to ensure compliance of regulatory standard and organization policies.
- Governing the development, implementation and maintenance of MARA Ecosystem Quality Standard (MQS).
- To support in development, implementation and maintenance quality management system aligning with ISO 9001:2015 and regulations.
- Effectively collaborate, communicate and advice all divisions to address quality & compliance issues and corrective actions implementations.
- Up to date with the regulatory updates, industry best practice and trends in bus transportation service quality assurance.
- To assist in facilitation and monitoring of the external inspection activity & findings carried out by MARA (BIP only).

Bachelor’s degree in business, law or any related fields
Minimum of 2 years of working experience in compliance or audit roles
- Possess ideal experience in transportation service/logistics industry
- Familiar with regulations and legislation involved in transportation industry
- Proactive, High attention to details, Problem solving & Risk-based thinking skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
