We have fantastic clients ranging from banks, telecommunication, and consumer finance companies in many of the countries in ASEAN.

Collectius invests into credit management service companies (CMS companies) and portfolios of distressed consumer debt, focusing on smaller debts generated from banks and financing companies.

Collectius is focusing on the South East Asian market. Collectius goal is to unburden our debtors from debt and to see them successfully re-integrated into a debt free life again. In achieving this goal the debtors regain a positive financial outlook and once again have the opportunity to become financially active with banks and finance companies.

Collectius is funded through its Swiss holding company in Zug and its largest financier is the Swedish shipping conglomerate Stena.

Overview

We are looking for a diligent and professional Compliance, Training, System, and Project Executive who will be responsible for ensuring our business operations and procedures comply with legal regulations and internal policies. The Compliance, Project, System & and Training Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring that the organization operates in full compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. This multifaceted role encompasses managing compliance initiatives, overseeing project management tasks, maintaining system functionality, and leading training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills. Duties

  • Provide day-to-day support and guidance to the audit teams on methodology-related matters by leveraging experience and using professional judgment.
  • Coordinate delivery of methodology of training as and when needed.
  • Support the improvement of the audit process to deliver quality and timely reports.

Organizational Responsibilities

  • Assist in providing assurance to regulators and stakeholders on the proper governance and effectiveness of the internal control system.
  • Demonstrate good discipline and conduct in carrying out functions and assignments.

Compliance Management Responsibilities

  • Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on the organization.
  • Support to develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
  • Assist in conducting regular compliance audits and risk assessments.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address compliance issues and provide guidance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in internal / external audit.
  • Possess good interpersonal, reporting and leadership skills.
  • Possess good analytical skills.
  • Demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication.
  • Able to remain unbiased in a diverse working environment.
