Key Role Objectives: -

  • To ensure MARA Liner complies with the internal policies and external regulatory.
  • To develop, implement and managing the compliance program, conducting audits, providing guidance to ensure the adherence to the policies and regulations.

Principle Accountability:-

  • Monitor, interpret and document the relevant transportation service industry related regulatory requirements.
  • To design, implement the internal compliance audit/inspection procedure followed by documenting the reports.
  • To facilitate and execute quality inspection of MLSB's bus service operations and facilities to ensure compliance of regulatory standard and organization policies.
  • Governing the development, implementation and maintenance of MARA Ecosystem Quality Standard (MQS).
  • To support in development, implementation and maintenance quality management system aligning with ISO 9001:2015 and regulations.
  • Effectively collaborate, communicate and advice all divisions to address quality & compliance issues and corrective actions implementations.
  • Up to date with the regulatory updates, industry best practice and trends in bus transportation service quality assurance.
  • To assist in facilitation and monitoring of the external inspection activity & findings carried out by MARA (BIP only).

Bachelor's degree in business, law or any related fields

Minimum of 2 years of working experience in compliance or audit roles

  • Possess ideal experience in transportation service/logistics industry
  • Familiar with regulations and legislation involved in transportation industry
  • Proactive, High attention to details, Problem solving & Risk-based thinking skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM2, RM3,300.00 per month
