As an **Accounts Executive / Officer**in our company, you will be coordinating and ensuring all transactions that being entered into the Accounting Systems are accurate and compliance with company's policy, accounting standards, income tax law and companies Act.

You will assist in group consolidated accounts, accounts receivable, accounts payable, prepare and review accounting journal entries, reconciliation of accounts, accurate posting and reporting.

**You will play an important role in:

- **
- Handling full set of accounts.
- **Prepare Letter of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantee (AG), Business Acceptance (BA), Trust Receipt (TR) and issuance of marine insurance cover and ensure all claims and payments are processed on time and compliance with the company policies and accounting standards.**:

- Manage and monitor company cash flows efficiently.
- Ensure daily collections are bank-in promptly and correctly to the respective accounts.
- **Perform / Assist in financial analysis, budgets, forecast, costing, cash flow planning, reconciliations, accounts receivable and accounts payable.**:

- Prepare monthly trial balance and monthly management accounts with supporting schedules are produced on a timely basis for submission to Management.
- **Prepare payment online process**:

- Prepare and submit SST forms in compliance with SST ruling and deadlines. Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax consultant, company secretaries and various authority
- **Coordinate and participate in year end stock take exercise.** Assist and coordinate annual audit exercise and deal with external auditors.
- **Give feedback / recommendation / improvement on various finance related processes and procedures**

**You will need the following requirements:

- **
- Certificate in LCCI, Diploma, Degree or professional qualification in Accounting or Finance with at least 3-year relevant working experience.
- **Ability to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an added advantage.**:

- Fresh graduate with accounts and finance background that possess the right attitude are encouraged to apply.
- **A hands-on person that possess working knowledge of accounting disciplines such as financial accounting, compliance reporting, budget preparation as well as systems development and improvement**:

- Experience in handling groups accounts will be an added advantage
- **Strong desire to learn, willing to work hard and a team player**:

- Result oriented with ability to plan and prioritize workloads in meeting deadlines
- **Highly organized, self-motivated, initiative and independent**
