ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE / SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

JOB DESCRIPTION:
To assist the Finance and Administration Manager in ensuring that the correct accounting records are maintained and that the preparation of External and Internal reports are presented in a timely manner. To also services the administrative function of the company.

Key Characteristics Required:

- Knowledgeable in accounting practices and good understanding in company goals and priorities;
- Strong communicator to present full sets of accounts to the Management;
- Possesses leadership qualities to lead accounting teams.

Job Responsibilities:

- To prepare and report full sets of accounts in compliance with the Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards to the board of directors to support business decision making;
- To ensure all tax matters have been complied with in accordance with relevant tax regulations;
- To strengthen existing internal systems when necessary;
- To ensure that cash book balance is reconciled to the bank statement at every month end;
- To perform any other duties assigned by the Accounts Manager or the Management.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or higher Education in Accounting;
- Experience and knowledge in accounting in construction companies is highly preferable;
- Experience in producing and reporting full sets of accounts to the Management/ board of directors;
- Intermediate to advance proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 3 years (preferred)
- Construction: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
