**Job Brief**:
An Account Executive is responsible for fully understanding a client’s needs and determining whether a business can meet those needs. An Account Executive oversees a team to ensure the company’s products or services are delivered on time, on budget and up to the client’s standards. Some of the other duties an Account Executive is responsible for include:
Ø Handle full set of accounts and generate relevant reports

Ø Plan and control the company’s cash flow, funding and budget allocation

Ø Control and manages end-to-end financial processes in support of the account which includes collections, payments, monthly close activities and balance sheet reconciliation

Ø Provide and interpret the monthly financial information and operating reports to the Management

Ø Ensuring all accounting systems, practices, controls and procedures are fully compliance with company policy

Ø Establish effective internal control procedures to improve accounting and reporting systems

Ø Ensure all the accounting records are properly updated and reconciled in the accounting system

Ø Liaise with Internal and External Auditors, Tax Agent, Legal, Bankers and etc.

Ø Assist on any ad-hoc tasks required by others department

**Key Competencies**:
Ø Committed, analytical, self-motivated and able to work independently

Ø Good communication and interpersonal skill, meticulous, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Ø A team player with high degree of honesty and integrity

Ø Able to start immediately is an added advantage

**Requirements**:
Ø Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or its equivalent

Ø Member of MIA

Ø Familiar with ACCPAC Software will be an added advantage

Ø Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English

Ø At least 3 years of working experience in Finance/Account

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
