**Administrative Support**: Manage appointments, maintain records, handle correspondence, and organize medical and adminitrative documents.
- **Communication**: Serve as a liaison, answer calls and queries, and arrange meetings and events for the Medical Director.
- **Coordination**: Coordinate travel, and manage office operations to ensure efficiency.
- **Confidentiality**: Safeguard sensitive information and represent the Medical Director in all interactions.
- **Medical and Clinical Support**: Prepare all reports and presentations, assist with medical documents and track important deadlines.
- **Information Gathering**: Assist with research and prepare briefing materials for decision-making.
- **Internal Communication**: Facilitate communication between the Medical Director and staff and supervise other office support staff.
- **Financial Support**: Assist with budget management, invoice reviews and expense reports documentations are in proper order.
- **Compliance Support**: Ensure compliance and assist with audits or accreditation processes.
- **Miscellaneous Tasks**: Perform other ad-hoc duties as needed.
