Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director in managing daily schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle flight bookings, accommodation, and travel itineraries.
  • Accompany the Director on business trips or meetings when required.
  • Prepare meeting notes, minutes, and personal reminders.
  • Draft simple correspondence, reports, and documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all personal and business matters.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Director.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Personal Assistant, Secretary, or Executive Assistant.
  • Proficient in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-groomed, professional appearance, and dedicated to work excellence.
  • Able to travel locally and internationally as required.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
