**Responsibilities**:

- Actively promote and sell Umrah and Hajj travel packages to individuals, families, and groups.
- Participate in roadshows, travel fairs (e.g., MATTA), and promotional events to generate leads and build brand presence.
- Assist clients in planning and booking their travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and other activities.
- Provide personalized travel recommendations based on client preferences, needs, and budgets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Address client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking and travel process.
- Stay informed about travel trends, destinations, and industry updates to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
- Ensure compliance with all travel regulations and requirements related to Umrah and Hajj packages.
- Assist with ad hoc assignments and tasks as required by the management.

**Job Requirement**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate travel arrangements.
- Knowledge of various travel booking systems and reservation platforms.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
