**Responsibilities**
- Receive leads from telemarketers and proactively contact potential customers through phone calls and text messaging to introduce our financial advisory services.
- Present our range of loan products, explaining terms, rates, and eligibility criteria to customers.
- Provide personalized recommendations to customers, highlighting the most suitable loan options based on their financial circumstances.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, including revenue goals, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Participate in regular sales training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Min Diploma. Fresh graduate degree holder are encourage to apply.
- Proven experience in sales is a plus.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills with the ability to close sales effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with Google Drive and proficiency in using technology for sales tracking and reporting.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills to efficiently handle multiple customer interactions and sales opportunities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
