**Functions**:
- Handling customer inquiries, complaints and feedback with empathy, patience and professionalism.
- Identify and understand the unique needs of customers and provide tailored solutions to their problems.
- Work closely with other teams to improve the overall customer experience, identifying pain points and developing strategies to address them.
- Responsible for implementing changes to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Responsible measuring customer satisfaction, analyze customer feedback to improve the company's offerings.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing, sales and product development for communicating customer insights to inform their decision-making.
**Requirements**:
- SPM, Diploma holder or higher is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year relevance working experience in a voice channel in customer service.
- Available to work on a rotational shift.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong in time management skills and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Upsell or cross-sell products and services.
- Training provided.
- Experience in telco industry and serving Singapore market will be an added advantage.
