Customer Success Specialist

You will be serving the customers for one of the leading global e-commerce companies in playing the role of their #customersuccess specialist, giving the best customer experience, and exceeding all expectations in each touchpoint managed to ensure the highest level of satisfaction is received at the end of the touchpoint.
**Your Roles include**:
- Attending to incoming tickets promptly in a competent and professional manner
- Maintains customer records by updating account information
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
- Empower customers to self-serve and help users navigate the on-demand success resources
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools such as Zendesk.
- Any other duties assigned by your immediate superior and the Company
**What you’ll need to succeed**:
- **Ability to speak and write fluently in Korean and English**:
- Superb listening skills and the proven ability to dig deeper to uncover customer’s true objectives.
- Able to work round-the-clock rotational shifts including Public Holidays and Weekends.
- Excellent organization, time management skills and empathetic personality to interact with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
