Purchasing Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- General administration and management works.
- Provide administrative support to machinery department in order to ensure effective and efficient operation.
- Provide assistance to the Head of Department in all areas in respect to the administrative work functions.
- Handle all related Machine Service Requisition & Material Request Order.
- Responsibilities handle prepare Purchase Order (PO).
- Review Invoice and ensure correct information send to accounts department for payment.
- To monitoring stock availability and stock level, purchasing and replenishing of consumables and machinery spare parts.
- Request Quotation from Supplier.
- Tack & follow up with suppliers/vendor until final completion/delivery.
- Maintain close working relationship with existing suppliers.
- Liaise with Supplier for all Quotation & Purchase Order.
- To supervise office administrative staffs including assisting and resolving problems or arising issues
- All other task or ad-hoc duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
- Able to speak Mandarin.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and Computer Literate.
- At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably executive specializing in clerical/administrative support or equivalent.
- Must be proactive and dynamic individual with the ability to adapt to changes.
- To work independently and has the capability of performing multiple task with minimum supervision and under pressure.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Bukit Jelutong.
- Possess own transport.
**Salary**: From RM1.00 per month
