Production Manager (Traveling between Balakong & Klang)

1. Oversee the planning of manpower and materials as well as quality control.

2. Responsible for supervising and coordinating production office staffs and workers.

3. Planning and manage the work order delivery by each department.

4. Ensure products are produced on time and completed within the deadline with minimum wastage.

5. Responsible for preparing, managing and controlling of the budgeting for production department,

6. Prepare the monthly performance output and efficiency data together with planner.

7. Monitor the work in progress item and stock availability for work order.

8. Supervising production processes and adjusting schedules when needed.

9. Conducting the daily production meeting.

10. Monitor the worker’s attendance, handling of the shortage of manpower and worker’s disciplinary issues.

11. Control of purchase requisition form (RF).

12. Manage for appraisal and career development of production workers.

13. Responsible for the yearly stock take.

14. Calculate and prepare the monthly incentive for production.

15. To comply with the implementation of safety rules and regulations.

16. Submit the required report to the Management within the required timeframe.

17. Constantly analyse and improve the production process flow and to elevate any bottlenecks.

18. Any other duties that assigned by the Top Management from time to time.

**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
