**Key Responsibilities**:
**Product Strategy & Planning**:

- Develop and implement product strategies in alignment with overall business goals.
- Collaborate with senior management to define product positioning, market access strategies, and pricing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory developments to ensure product success and compliance.

**Product Lifecycle Management**:

- Manage the product lifecycle from development to launch, ensuring products meet market needs and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with R&D and regulatory teams to guide products through development stages, clinical trials, and approvals.
- Ensure timely product launches by managing timelines, resources, and key stakeholders.

**Market Analysis & Consumer Insights**:

- Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for product improvement or expansion.
- Gather and analyze feedback from customers, sales teams, and healthcare professionals to refine product offerings.

**Sales & Marketing Support**:

- Support the development of product positioning and messaging that highlights the product's unique value proposition.
- Provide training and ongoing support to the sales team to ensure they are equipped to effectively promote the product.
- Track and analyze product performance, customer feedback, and sales trends to inform future strategies.

**Financial Performance & Budgeting**:

- Monitor the financial performance of the product portfolio, including revenue, costs, and profitability.
- Manage product budgets and collaborate with finance to ensure efficient allocation of resources.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, Marketing or a related field.
- Experience in the therapeutic area relevant to the **Obstetric & Gynaecology or Orthopaedics** is preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in product management, brand management, or related roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, product lifecycle management, and market dynamics.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
