**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Proficiency in both Malay and English language.
- Expertise in the hijab market and Islamic fashion.
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in business development or marketing, preferably in the fashion or retail sector, with strong Public Relations skills and proven experience in leading a team
- Strong social media knowledge and experience managing social media platforms for business purposes.
- Outgoing personality, Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with local cultural nuances and market dynamics in Malaysia.
**Responsibility**
- Develop and execute social media strategies to promote our brand and engage with our target audience.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs in the Malaysian market.
- Manage and coordinate marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, and promotional activities on platforms such as Facebook and TikTok.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market reach and increase sales.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify areas for product innovation and business growth.
- Lead and motivate a team of employees and liase with marketing team to achieve business goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, media outlets, and industry partners.
