**Key Responsibilities**
1. Strategic Sales Management
- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the confidential document destruction and recycling industry.
- Identify new market opportunities and establish business leads through networking, partnerships, and market research.
- Drive business growth by introducing innovative sales techniques and expanding the customer base.
2. Team Leadership
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company sales targets and goals.
- Set clear goals, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance sales culture.
3. Sales Planning and Reporting
- Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Analyse sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement sales policies and procedures.
4. Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high retention rates and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to address client needs and identify upselling opportunities.
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts
- Serve as the point of contact for key accounts.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients.
5. Operational Excellence
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of services.
- Monitor and report on sales metrics, including revenue, profit margins, and client acquisition rates.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for document destruction and recycling.
6. Marketing Collaboration
- Work with the marketing team to develop campaigns that promote the company’s services.
- Contribute to branding efforts by participating in conferences, expos, and webinars.
- Provide market insights to refine the company’s value proposition.
Pay: RM2,981.50 - RM3,000.00 per month
