**Job Summary**

The marketing administrative assistant assists marketing professionals with project organisation and market analysis. They carry out daily admin chores to ensure that the department’s functions are coordinated and run smoothly. They assist with marketing activities by completing clerical duties. They must update databases, record consumer rating surveys, conduct market studies, analyse competition, and plan sales promotions, among other things. They aid in the planning of ads and the development of marketing tactics.

Work Location: Damansara Perdana, PJ, Selangor Work Week: 5 days

Salary Range: RM3,500-RM5,000 monthly

Duties include:

- Developing a strong relationship with clients by communicating regularly with them to understand their needs, concerns, and goals
- Analysing data to determine which marketing methods are most effective for specific audiences
- Providing information about products to potential customers to encourage sales of those products
- Developing strategies for new product launches or product changes based on customer feedback
- Coordinating with principals and other departments such as accounting or human resources to ensure that all aspects of a campaign for marketing and sales are completed smoothly
- Coordinating with production teams to ensure that advertisements meet industry and company standards
- Communicating with customers and clients on schedules, events and processes related to products and services
- Maintaining customer databases to track customer preferences and purchasing habits
- Creating and maintaining online and traditional marketing campaigns such as blogs, social media pages, or print/e-newsletters

**Job Requirements**
- A bachelor’s diploma/degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline is required
- A minimum of three years of experience in a related industry is required
- Admin and marketing associate experience is required
- Able to execute administrative tasks and have secretarial skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Reliable performer, able to foresee demands
- Communications skills and critical thinking abilities
- Must be highly active and enthusiastic
- Quick learner with the capacity to understand complicated business concerns
- Should be organised, focused, and specific with excellent follow-through
- Knowledge of both Malaysian and Singapore school systems will be an advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
